Pav Rakhra

Born and raised in Maple Ridge, Pav has been immersed in the real estate industry from an early age. Coming from a family with over 40 years of experience in residential construction and development, he gained firsthand knowledge early on. He fondly recalls rushing back and forth during high school lunch breaks to meet tradespeople for inspections, as well as working alongside his family after school and on weekends.

As a Realtor, Pav’s top priority is client satisfaction. He takes the time to understand each client’s unique needs and goals, ensuring every transaction results in the best possible outcome. Dedicated to making the home buying and selling process smooth, enjoyable, and stress-free, he remains readily available to answer questions and provide expert guidance. With over 80% of his business coming from client referrals, Pav takes great pride in the strong relationships he builds and is always happy to discuss real estate needs over a consultation.

Beyond real estate, Pav is passionate about giving back to his community. He has volunteered in various capacities, including serving as a mentor and board director for Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Fraser Valley, the Maple Ridge Hospice Society, Cops for Cancer, and the Youth Community Council at Coast Capital Savings, where he helped oversee the distribution of over $1 million in grants to nonprofit organizations supporting youth initiatives.
